This will bring positive results to the problem statement which are the following challenges: †¢ Identify their target market †¢ Generate promotional pricing/point of purchase (P.O.P) displays †¢ Generate a company website/Email database †¢ Expanding the store’s social media outlets beyond Facebook However, the hypothesis for the company would be to produce a positive outcome based upon the natural results of expanding the boutique’s target market by utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy with the store’s current customers which this will additionally obtain new customers to the business permitting the store to place customers at the vanguard Adorable Annie’s plans to achieve.
